s 40Power to exempt

(1)

The Minister may by order published in the Gazette exempt, subject to such conditions as he may think fit to impose, any person or class of persons from all or any of the provisions of this Act for any good reason which is consistent with the purpose of this Act.

(2)

The Minister may at any time by order published in the

Gazette revoke any order made under subsection (1) if he is satisfied that the exemption should no longer be granted.
