The Lembaga or any other body authorized by law may, from time to time, formulate, develop, revise and approve any code of practice which is suitable and necessary for the construction industry.
Lembaga
“Lembaga” means the Lembaga Pembangunan Industri Pembinaan Malaysia established under section 3;
codes of practice
“codes of practice” means any code, guideline, standard, rule, specification or approved practice of the Lembaga;
construction industry
“construction industry” means the industry related to construction works, including design, manufacturing, technology, material and workmanship and services for purposes of construction; Lembaga Pembangunan Industri 11 Pembinaan Malaysia
