No prosecution for any offence under this Act shall be instituted except with the consent in writing of the Public Prosecutor.

Lembaga
“Lembaga” means the Lembaga Pembangunan Industri Pembinaan Malaysia established under section 3;
Prosecutor may conduct the prosecution of any offence under this
