Part II · The Lembaga

5. Membership of the Lembaga

(1)

The Lembaga shall consist of the following members:

(a)

a Chairman;

(b)

six representatives from the private sector; and

(c)

four representatives who shall hold office in the public services, who shall be appointed by the Minister.

(2)

The provisions of the First Schedule shall apply to the

Lembaga.
