Section 15 of the principal Act is amended–

(a)
in paragraph (2)(g), by substituting for the words “of contractors and the accreditation, certification and registration of skilled construction workers and construction site supervisors” the words “, accreditation, certification and training of contractors and construction personnel under this Act”;
(b)
by deleting the word “and” at the end of paragraph (2)(h);
and
(c)
by inserting after paragraph (2)(h) the following paragraph:
“(ha) moneys collected and received under section 38C;
and”.
