Section 33
(1)
This Act shall be in operation for a period of twenty years from the date of coming into force, but such period may be extended, by an order made by the Minister, to such further period or periods as may be determined by agreement between the Federal Government and the State Government.
(2)
Any order made under subsection (1) shall be published in the Gazette and be laid before both Houses of Parliament.
