Amendment of section 10

Section 2
The Limited Liability Partnerships Act 2012 [Act 743], which is referred to as the “principal Act” in this Act, is amended in subsection 10(2)—
(a)
by deleting the word “and” at the end of paragraph (e);
and
LIMITED LIABILITY PARTNERSHIPS
(AMENDMENT) ACT 2024
(b)
by inserting after paragraph (e) the following paragraphs:
“(ea) beneficial ownership as specified under subsection 20c(1);
(eb) the amount of capital contribution by each partner; and”.
