Section 10
(1)
The Governor of the Bank and the Bank may perform the duties of the Secretary General to the Treasury and the Treasury respectively under this Part of this Act, provided that they are duly authorized in writing by the Minister.
(2)
The Minister may fix the fee as he considers reasonable to be charged on the Consolidated Fund for the performance by the Bank of any duties under this Act.
