Regulations
The Yang di-Pertua Negeri may make regulations generally for carrying out the provisions of this Ordinance and, in particular, such regulations may provide for—
(a)
the issue of bonds or other securities by the
Government or a body corporate, and their redemption, and rights attached thereto;
(b)
the keeping of accounting records by a body corporate;
(c)
the keeping of records of bonds and other securities issued by the Government and a body corporate; and
(d)
any other matters which may be considered necessary for carrying out the provisions of this Ordinance.
