Section 21

Feedback & support
(1)

The Mayor or President may at any time and shall, at the request in writing of not less than one-third of the Councillors, call a special meeting of the local authority, and the day fixed for such meeting shall be within fourteen days of the presentation of such request.

(2)

The notice of any special meetings shall specify the object of the meeting, and no other subjects than those specified in the notice shall be discussed at the meeting.
