Appointment of other officers

Section 10
(1)
Subject to any rules that may be made under section 12, the
Majlis may appoint on such terms and conditions as the Majlis may think desirable such other officers and servants as may be necessary for carrying out the purpose of this Act.
(2)
An officer or servant of the Majlis appointed under subsection
(1)
shall subject to the direction of the Director General be under the administrative control of the director to whose division such officer or servant is appointed, transferred or assigned.
