Section 10
(1)
The Majlis may, with the approval of the Minister and upon such terms and conditions as may be determined by him, borrow such sums as it may require for discharging any of its functions under this Enactment.
(2)
Sums borrowed by virtue of subsection (1) shall be paid into the Fund.
