Establishment of subsidiaries

Section 10
(1)
For the purposes of carrying out its functions, powers and duties under this Act, the Corporation may establish such subsidiaries as it considers necessary or expedient.
(2)
Without prejudice to any other provision of this Act, the
Corporation may prescribe, with the approval of the Minister, for any provision of this Act to be applicable to a subsidiary of the Corporation as if the subsidiary of the Corporation is the Corporation itself.
