Section 121
A bridge institution shall be exempt from such requirements of or made pursuant to the Financial Services Act 2013 or the Islamic
Financial Services Act 2013 and shall be granted such approvals or provided with such recommendations, as may be agreed in a strategic alliance agreement between the Corporation and Bank Negara
Malaysia.
