Section 152

Where a stabilisation coverage is provided to a member institution, section 51 or 75 may be applied by the Corporation if in the opinion of the Corporation, the member institution has failed or fails to maintain proper deposit or takaful or insurance benefit records or has misrepresented, whether by act or omission, any information used as a basis for the assessment of any fee, premium or levy.
