Section 20
The Chief Executive Officer shall—
(a)
for the purposes of Chapter 4, be deemed to be an officer or employee of the Corporation and be subject to terms and conditions of service; and
(b)
enjoy such compensation, benefits and any other remuneration as approved by the Minister, upon the recommendation of the Board.
