set out the consideration, if any;

set out the compensation, if any; and

specify that a transferor or a person whose rights are extinguished under paragraph 128B(7)(b), as the case may be, may within twenty-one days from the date of publication of the notice, apply in writing to the

Corporation requesting a review by the Assessor Committee of the reasonableness of the consideration or the compensation.

An application under subsubparagraph (1)(c) shall be in such form as determined by the Corporation.
