Section 53
The Corporation may make regulations in respect of the determination of first premiums and annual premiums including—
(a)
the establishment of a system for classifying deposit-taking members in different categories; and
(b)
the criteria or factors to be taken into account and the procedures to be followed by the Corporation in
Malaysia Deposit Insurance Corporation 75
determining the category in which a deposit-taking member is classified.
