Section 29
Section 60 of the principal Act is amended by inserting after the words “a deposit-taking member that holds the deposit,”
the words “a former deposit-taking member as referred to in paragraph 40(1)(b) or any person to whom the deposit liability has been transferred under subsection 44(1),”.
