In the discharge of its functions and the exercise of its powers, the Corporation may grant loans for such purposes as are approved by the Minister after consultation with the Minister of Finance, and such loans may be granted subject to such terms and conditions as the

Corporation may, with the approval of the Minister, deem fit to impose in particular cases.
