Section 3
(1)
The provisions of this Act shall be in addition to, and not in derogation of, the provisions of any other written law relating to fuel.
(2)
In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the provisions of this Act and those of any other written law pertaining to biofuel, biofuel blended with any other fuel or biofuel blended with any other biofuel, the provisions of this Act shall prevail, to the extent of the conflict or inconsistency.
