s 26ATransfer of property

(1)

All lands that before the appointed day were vested in, or reserved under any written law relating to land for the purposes of,

MARDI and used for the purposes of the Hilir Perak MARDI station shall on that day vest in or be deemed to be reserved for the purposes of the Board.

(2)

All property and assets other than land that before the appointed day were vested in MARDI or in any person on behalf of

MARDI, as the case may be, and used for the purposes of the Hilir

Perak MARDI station shall on that day vest in the Board.
