Section 17B

The property in every research finding by the Director General, any member of the staff or any expert employed by the Board, in the course of his official duties or during the period when the officer or person concerned is under the employment or in the service of the

Board, shall vest in the Board but the Board may reward the officer or person concerned for the research finding in such manner as it deems fit.
