Section 26B

All deeds, bonds, agreements, instruments and working arrangements subsisting before the appointed day and affecting any of the land, property or assets transferred under section 26A shall have full force and effect against or in favour of the Board and shall be enforceable as fully and effectually as if, instead of MARDI or the

Hilir Perak MARDI station or any person acting on behalf of MARDI or the Hilir Perak MARDI station, the Board had been named in or been a party to the deed, bond, agreement, instrument or working arrangement.
