Power of the Minister to give directions and request information
of Malaysian Health Promotion Board Act 2006

Section 13
(1)
The Minister may give general directions not inconsistent with this Act and the Board shall give effect to such directions.
(2)
The Board shall furnish to the Minister such returns, accounts and information with respect to the performance of any of its functions under this Act as the Minister may require or direct.
