Reserve Fund

Section 19
(1)
The Board shall establish and manage a Reserve Fund within the Fund in accordance with such terms and conditions as the Minister may determine.
(2)
The Reserve Fund shall only be used for the purpose of meeting contingencies in relation to the functions of the Board.
