Continuance of use of name

Section 86
(1)
Notwithstanding sections 75 and 85, the Board may continue to use the name “Pepper Marketing Board” for the purpose of maintaining goodwill or for any purpose the Board deems fit.

(2)
No other person may use the name “Pepper Marketing
Board” except with the prior written approval of the Board.
(3)
A person who contravenes subsection (2) commits an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding fifty thousand ringgit.
