s 21Delegation of Director General’s duties

(1)

The Director General may in writing delegate any of the functions, powers or duties assigned to him under this Act to any officer of the Board, subject to such terms and conditions as he thinks fit.

(2)

A delegation under this section shall not preclude the

Director General himself from performing or exercising at any time any of the functions, powers or duties so delegated.
