The Minister may by order published in the Gazette exempt any person or class of persons or any rubber, rubber product, rubber planting materials or other thing or class of rubber, rubber product, rubber planting material or other thing, from all or any of the provisions of this Act.
The Minister may impose any terms and conditions as he thinks fit on any exemption under subsection (1).
