In any action for surcharge against the Director General, the composition of the Board for the purposes of sections 25 to 28
Director General
“Director General” means the Director General of the Board appointed under section 18; _____________________________________________________ *NOTE−All reference to “West Malaysia” shall be construed as reference to “Peninsular Malaysia” −see the Interpretation (Amendment) Act 1997, subsection 5(2).
