Section 67

All deeds, bonds, agreements, instruments and working arrangements subsisting before the appointed day and affecting any of the property transferred under section 66 shall have full force and effect against or in favour of the Board and shall be enforceable as fully and effectually as if, instead of the dissolved

Boards or the dissolved Institute or any person acting on behalf of the dissolved Boards or the dissolved Institute, the Board had been named therein or been a party thereto.
