Section 12

When, in the opinion of an inspector any equipment, utensils, room or compart-ment is unclean or its use would be in violation of any of these Rules, he shall identify it with a tag or some other identification; no equipment, utensil, room or compartment so identified shall again be used until made acceptable, and no such identification mark shall be removed by anyone other than an inspector.
