Section 16

Meat or edible offal distributed from the slaughterhouse shall be protected by covering so as to afford adequate protection for the product against dust, dirt, insects and the like, having regard to the means intended to be employed in transporting the products from the slaughterhouse the distance over which the product will be transported, and the destination of the products.
