Section 12

Where a Member or his dependants are eligible for pension or gratuity under these Regulations but the amount of such pension or gratuity is yet to be determined soon after his ceasing to be a Member or upon his death, the Yang di-Pertua Negeri may authorize a provisional payment to be made to such Member or his dependants pending such determination.
