Section 12
(1)
Subject to subsections (2) and (3), the salaries, allowances and benefits payable under this Act shall be paid out of moneys provided by Parliament.
(2)
The remuneration of the President of the Senate and the
Speaker of the House of Representatives shall be charged on the
Consolidated Fund.
(3)
Pensions and gratuities payable under the provisions of the
First Schedule shall be charged on the Consolidated Fund.
