THE MERCHANT SHIPPING (CONFIRMATION OF LEGISLATION)
(NORTH BORNEO) ORDER, 1960
Made 21st December, 1960
Laid before Parliament 30th December, 1960
Coming into Operation 31st December, 1960
At the Court at Buckingham Palace, the 21st day of December, 1960
Present,
The Queen’s Most Excellent Majesty in Council
Her Majesty, in exercise of the powers vested in Her by section 735 of the Merchant Shipping Act, 1894 (a), and all other powers enabling Her in that behalf is pleased, by and with the advice of her Privy Council, to order, and it is hereby ordered, as follows:
Citation and commencement.
Section 1960

This Order shall come into operation on 31st day of December, 1960.
Confirmation of North Borneo Merchant Shipping Ordinance, 1960.
Section 2
Ordinance No. 11 of 1960 enacted by the legislature of North Borneo entitled “the Merchant Shipping Ordinance,
1960” is confirmed.
