Section 3
(1)
The fees and charges set out in the Schedule hereto shall be payable in respect of the several purposes therein described.
(2)
Fees and charges payable under these regulations shall –
(a)
in respect of fees and charges under Section E and Section F of the Schedule be payable at a Registry of the High Court;
(b)
in respect of all other fees and charges at the Mercantile Marine Office;
(c)
be subject to a surcharge of two per cent per calendar month being levied on the principal sum if such is not paid within sixty days of the date appearing on the bill.
