s 16Legal personality of the Fund

(1)

The Fund shall be recognized as a legal person capable of assuming rights and obligations and of being a party in legal proceedings before a Court in Malaysia.

(2)

Any proceedings by or against the Fund may either be instituted by or against the Fund in its own name or be instituted by or against the Director of the Fund as the Fund’s representative.
