of Mining Fees Regulations 1960
Section 3
The fee for a licence granted under the provisions of section 6 shall be–
(a)
if such licence be issued on or before the thirtieth day of June in any year, five cents for every acre or part of an acre for an area up to 10,000 acres over which such licence conveys to the licensee the right to prospect, and for an area of over 10,000 acres the fee shall be such amount as the Financial Secretary may determine not being less than $500;
(b)
if such licence be issued after the thirtieth day of June in any year, two and a half cents for every acre or part of an acre for an area up to 10,000 acres over which such licence conveys to the licensee the right to prospect, and for an area of or over 10,000 acres the fee shall be such amount as the Financial Secretary may determine not being less than $250.
