Reward to informer

Section 29I
(1)
The Registrar may reward such amount of money to any informer whose information leads to the conviction of any person for an offence under this Act.
(2)
The reward made under subsection (1) shall be paid from—
(a)
in the case of Peninsular Malaysia and the Federal
Territory of Labuan, the Federal Consolidated Fund; and
(b)
in the case of the States of Sabah and Sarawak, the State
Consolidated Fund of the State respectively.
