Requirement to display licence

Section 5F
(1)
A licensee shall at all times display his original licence in a conspicuous place at the premise where he carries out or operates his business.
(2)
Any person who contravenes this section shall be guilty of an offence under this Act and shall be liable to a fine not exceeding ten thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding six months or to both.
