“Deputy Chairman” means the Deputy Chairman of the

Authority appointed under section 5;

“Fund” means the fund established under section 17;

“Kawasan Muda” means any area as may be determined by the

Minister in accordance with section 9; and

“Minister” means the Minister charged with the responsibility for Agriculture and Agro-based Industry.
