Intention for adoption

Section 8
(1)
Any persons under section 3 may express their intention to adopt the child in writing to the Director by a notice as determined by the Court.
(2)
The Director may, if satisfied, give his support to their intention, and direct them to file an application for adoption to the Court in the manner prescribed by the Court.
