Removal pass required for inter-State movement of forest produce

Section 85
(1)
No person shall bring into the State from any other State any forest produce unless he is in possession of a valid removal pass issued by an authorized officer of the other State.
(2)
Any person who contravenes subsection (1) shall be guilty of an offence and shall on conviction be liable to a fine not exceeding †fifty thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding ††five years or to both such fine and imprisonment.
