s 9Power of Minister in relation to the Panel

(1)

The Minister may give the Panel such directions of a general nature as are not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act as relate to the exercise and performance of its functions and the Panel shall give effect to all such directions.

(2)

The Panel shall furnish the Minister with such returns, accounts and other information with respect to the assets and activities of the Fund as he may from time to time require.
