Section 14
(1)
The Committee may, in its discretion, grant or refuse any application for re-registration as a Native Court of Appeal advocate.
(2)
In granting an application for re-registration the Committee may, in its discretion, impose such conditions and limitations as it thinks fit:
Provided that no person shall be re-registered before the expiration of one year from the date his registration is revoked under rule 10.
