Section 4

(1)
An application to the court for maintenance shall be made by originating application in accordance with the rules governing the making of such application in the Subordinate Courts
Rules 1980 [P.U. (A) 328/80].
(2)
Any order or judgment made by the court shall be enforced or executed or carried out in accordance with the rules governing the enforcement or execution or satisfaction of orders and judgment provided in the Subordinate Courts Rules 1980 [P.U. (A) 328/80].
