Section 16
Where the Yang di-Pertua Negeri is satisfied that the natural resources of any area are being injured or are deteriorating through overstocking of domestic animals, he may authorize the reduction of the number of such animals and prescribe the maximum number and the class of such animals as may be depastured in any area.

Destocking and limitation of stock in terms of this section shall be carried out in accordance with rules made under section 18.
