Section 8
—
(1)
The Board shall communicate in writing the terms of any approval, decision or order made by it or the Controller in terms of section 10, 11 or 12 (hereinafter referred to as a determination) to any person who is or may be directly affected by such determination.
(2)
Any person who considers such determination is inequitable, unreasonable or unduly harsh may, within such times as may be prescribed, appeal to the Majlis Mesyuarat Kerajaan Negeri who may rescind or vary the determination of the Board or the
Controller.
