Preamble
- In exercise of the powers conferred upon him by section 4 (3) of the Forest Enactment, 1968, the Chief Minister of the State of Sabah, hereby, by this notice, invests ENCIK DANIEL K. S. KHIONG, the Deputy Director of Forestry, with all the powers of the Director of Forestry under the Forest Enactment, 1968, with effect from 1st August, 1994. Dated this 8th day of September, 1994.
